Meeting Notes and Packets

Materials are arranged by date of the meeting. Any materials that are used in more than one meeting will be copied to all pertinent folders. If I've forgotten something, please let me know and I'll upload it.

These are being made available here because they are the Public's business and you have a right to know. I have done and will continue to do my best to insure that all of these materials are up-to-date and accurate. If there is a discrepancy between one of these files and the printed version, decisions will be made in favor of the printed version.

Also please note that minutes are not official until after they have been approved at the next scheduled meeting. They will be posted here after they've been edited at that time.
